With over a decade of experience in the field of aesthetics, Leanne has been passionately improving and revitalizing skin since 2007. As a medical aesthetician, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every patient interaction.
Since 2013, Leanne has focused on medical aesthetics, with a specialization in advanced laser treatments. Her approach is results-driven, combining a deep understanding of skin health with the latest technological advancements to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In her words: “I believe in providing ethical advice and treatments that are specifically tailored to each patient’s needs. My commitment to high standards of care ensures that every patient receives safe, effective, and personalized treatment.
Passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, I am dedicated to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of the industry. Whether it’s through laser treatments or other advanced aesthetic procedures, my goal is to help you look and feel your best.”
Giovanna is a graduate of the Medical Aesthetics Diploma Program at Canadian Beauty College. She is your go-to person for facials, peels, skincare advice, and more! Giovanna is looking forward to helping you reach your skin goals.
In her words: “Growing up, I loved giving my family and friends at-home spa days. As my passion for skincare grew as I got older, I knew I wanted to make it my career. It brings me joy to be able to make clients feel good about their skin. I am so happy to be a part of the family at Bertucci Dermatology & MedSpa.
Outside work, I love to do Pilates and go on walks as a form of self-care. I also enjoy spending time listening to music and painting.”
As a graduate of Sheridan College’s Practical Nursing program, Angela has been with Bertucci Dermatology & MedSpa since 2020. Her roles include assisting Dr. Bertucci, consulting with patients, and performing injectables, such as BOTOX COSMETIC® and other neuromodulators, hyperhidrosis treatment, PRP, and sclerotherapy.
In her words: “I found my passion for skin care and beauty in nursing school. Since graduating, I have taken many courses to further my education, helping me provide patients with treatment plans to achieve their goals and feel their best. The best part of my job is seeing patients smile and glow with confidence after their treatments. Outside the office, I am a very adventurous person who loves the outdoors and exploring new hiking trails.”
Allison started her career at Bertucci Dermatology & MedSpa as a Paramedical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Her current role consists of consulting on various cosmetic treatments and assisting Dr. Bertucci. As she has been with the clinic since 2003, her rapport with the patients makes her a welcome face. Allison’s pride and joy are her 2 young children, and spending time with her family is one of her favorite activities outside of the office.
In her words: “I strive each and every day to help our clients and patients find their inner smiles, which is the true key to beauty. My purpose is to help you connect with what is beautiful from the inside out. Using my clinical expertise, I help you formulate a treatment plan that will assist you in achieving your goals.”
With over 16 years of experience in both the medical and spa industries, Kelly possesses a wealth of administrative and customer service expertise. She transitioned from spa management into medical administration in 2016 when she began working for Dermatology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She continued there until she moved to Ontario in 2024 and joined our team.
In her words: “I fell in love with the concept of health and wellness while working in the spa industry and that drove me toward Dermatology. I have a passionate interest in anything that promotes physical and mental well-being. Our skin is a reflection of our health. As we age, because we all do, what we put in and on our bodies matters, and taking care of ourselves and our skin is so important.”
Rosie has been working with Dr. Bertucci since 2006. As head receptionist, she’s friendly and knowledgeable in helping patients book their injectable and aesthetic treatments.
In her words: “I have many passions! I have always loved art and music. By following my heart, I realized that I enjoyed being around people and seeing them happy. I also like medicine and the difference it can make. I am fortunate to work with Dr. Bertucci because I get the best of all my worlds. I love coming to work to help patients feel better about themselves and see the smiles on their faces after a treatment. I assist patients by educating them about the treatments we offer and supporting them through their decision-making process. I feel privileged to be a member of the incredible team that is Bertucci MedSpa.”
Sophia is a York University graduate with a degree in Biological Sciences and a passion for skincare and aesthetics. She brings a thoughtful, science-informed approach to her job and enjoys creating welcoming, positive experiences for every patient. Sophia loves helping people feel confident, supported, and informed throughout their visit, and is excited to combine her interest in beauty with the medical side of aesthetic care.
In her words: “I love the intersection of beauty and healthcare and helping people feel confident and cared for. Guiding patients through their options and making sure they feel comfortable every step of the way is incredibly rewarding. I am grateful to be part of a team where I can combine my love for beauty, healthcare, and helping others feel their best.”
Dhvani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Research. She is passionate about supporting innovative clinical studies and ensuring that research is conducted with precision, integrity, and care. Dhvani plays a key behind-the-scenes role at Bertucci MedSpa, managing clinical trials, coordinating with study participants, and supporting the team in advancing safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments.
In her words: “I have always been fascinated by how research can directly impact people’s health and well-being. Working in clinical research allows me to combine my love of science with a commitment to helping patients benefit from the latest advancements. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that what we do can make a real difference in how patients look and feel.
Outside of work, I love staying active through workouts and long scenic walks, listening to music, and getting lost in a good book.”
With a long history in customer service, Nicole strives to make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door. With her knowledge of different products and services, she will ensure you book the correct service and choose the best products to fit your needs.
In her words: “I’ve always been passionate about the aesthetic industry, and being able to work in a place that combines the medical field with aesthetics is incredibly rewarding. With a background in hairstyling, I’ve always enjoyed helping people become their best selves. That’s why it’s so inspiring to work at Bertucci MedSpa and see people feel more confident each and every day.”
Nora works behind the scenes to ensure that everything is running smoothly for our patients and staff. She has worked in the medical aesthetics industry for over a decade and is passionate about providing exceptional services and care to all.
